Here comes Sober Truth (!) with a hot burning mixture from Hardcore, Doom Metal, Death Metal School, massive guitar riffs and razor sharp basslines. This band is able to look back on a history like no other in the underground. Since seven years, 3 albums ( Riven 2008, Outta Hell 2009 and Outta Hell Special Edition 2011, EP New Slavery World 2014) and much more than 170 gigs, Sober Truth shakes up the Metal scene strongly and gives it a huge dose of adrenaline.
These guys would never give up the freedom to do what they want. And that´s right.
At any show, they create a new style of inspiring the audience. Dedicated to the motto of Sober Truth „Burn, burn, burn!“, they don´t rest on their laurels. No, they exceed themselves again and again.
Sober Truth invents itself new at any show. No gig without surprise, that´s typical for the Band. The 4 Metalheads from Bonn are a Band to touch. They search and enjoy the near to the growing fanbase. Targeted SOBER TRUTH looking anyway be close to their fans and potential new friends.
And in this sense we are still on the stage. Much has changed and much remains to be change! We at Sober Truth be justly known lovingly by our fans as "Patchwork Family Metal band".
In the past, with this band for many different characters on stage. But from the small suburban band Sober Truth has finally become a real little family. Now we have to match practice with the new "Patchwork Family" to collect and work together on the dream of the big stage.
We at Sober Truth want to delight you with hearty "old school'neo-Thrash Metal", peppered with many modern elements! Our basic ingredients are still massive guitar riffs, razor sharp bass lines and a dynamic song structures. With this mixture we have created our own little niche in the highly competitive Underground.
On the stage this idealistic waterproof By biters were already with bands like Crematory, The Sorrow, Copia, Brainstorm, The Horsemen of the Apocalypse, Sister Sin, Contradiction, Orden Ogan and icebreakers.
Besides Rheinkultur, festivals Erft Rock, Metal For Mercy, Til Someone Cries and the Summer Night Open Air there were already radio appearances at WDR Radio Bonn-Rhein-Sieg and many online radio stations.
So SOBER TRUTH want to continue to stir up the metal scene strong and miss the people a decent dose of adrenaline. More songs for the planned fourth studio album are already in the box, and all sorts of other plans are forged already hot. Stay tuned!
