BIOGRAPHY

Deep In Hate is a Brutal Death Metal band from the parisian area. It first released a demo untitled No Remorse before its first album, Only the Strong Survive, was released in 2008. The band quickly joined the label DeadSun Records, and the music video for their song « Payback Time » was eventually broadcasted on the Virgin 17 TV and MCM channels after a warm response by the internet community.

Deep In Hate’s concept, based on a subtle mix between Death-technicality and Hardcore groove was brought further on the band’s next record, Origins of Inequality, released in April 2011, this time through M&O Music label and Anticraft distribution.

Deep In Hate’s music draws itself progressively, like the faces we discovers on the front cover of the album, that come out of shapeless dark matter. Like those faces put together, the melody and the skills of Death metal are associated with powerful and groovy Hardcore riffs, creating contrasts the likes of which we find in the most important names in Brutal Death music.

Origins of Inequality has been twice illustrated through music videos, directed by Vincent Giorgetti – Halo production. The videos, mixing a fine photography to a nervous editing, transcribe the nuances of the music, forming a « violent beauty », in the continuity of an album with two faces…

During the promotional tour that followed the release of Origins of Inequality, Deep in Hate has opened for The Black Dahlia Murder on its French dates early 2012, but also shared the stages with Devildriver, Aborted, Decapitated, Beneath the Massacre, Unearth, Heaven Shall Burn, Hate Eternal,The Faceless, Obscura, Born of Osiris, Fleshgod Apocalypse, Skeletonwitch, Veil of Maya, Gorod. The band’s tour ends with a « grand finale » when Deep in Hate takes part in the 2013 French edition of the Sonisphere.

Late 2013, Deep in Hate records its third album Chronicles of Oblivion which release was planned for March 2014.

"Chronicles of Oblivion" is the third step in the history of France's dark morden Death Metal experts DEEP IN HATE. The album was released on June 3rd 2014 via Kaotoxin Records.

With a massive production and artwork by Above Chaos (Hellfest, Bethlehem, Nightfall…), it features nine heavy yet melodic, intense yet song-focused tracks that, being less technic-oriented than their previous efforts, develop a more catchy approach of the genre as already demonstrated on the debut music video unleashed in support of the new album, the "New Republic" live music video, recorded at the 2013 Sonisphere (fear. Iron Maiden, Korn, Slayer, Motörhead…).

With this dark and oppressive brilliant new release DEEP IN HATE develops its own sound, with influences from bands like Whitechapel, Despised Icon, Aborted, Gojira or Decapitated for example, and aims to conquer new territories and enlarge an already impressive following, touring as much as they can everywhere in support of this massive new album.

Driven by the will to offer a music more mature and more accomplished, thanks to the experience gained from touring, the band puts some of the progressive aspects of its music aside, and concentrates on its core, on the feelings it may procure.

Now supported by Kaotoxin Records, that has an impressive roster, the band is more than ready to enlarge its ambitions and its audience.

Since its creation, the band has taken part in over a hundred and fifty concerts. It begun naturally with little venues, cultural tructures and bars, but today it has the chance to play on the same stage that international bands in prestigious venues.

On November 18th 2015, the band suffered an horrify accident. Hopefully everyone is fine but the material losses are huge ...

It was a cold shower after the accident, seeing that the van was completely dead and that some of the equipment was broken or damaged. After calculating the expenses, losses are still too huge for the band alone, despite the insurance.

Because of that, they started a crowdfunding campaign, you can know about reading the text writen by the band above:

Our band is made of eight members including five musicians, a sound engineer, a manager and a pro driver. For all of us the music is more than a passion, it is also a professional activity. Music lessons, masterclasses, production, sound, recordings, coaching.

In addition to the psychological trauma, fear of losing one of us and images that are struggling to fade because of the violent shock in this Sunday, November 14, 2015 (accident to 120 Km / H on the highway) The loss of the van and material damages are an enormous blow to the band, directly threatening the sustainability of our projects.

Once past the fear and shock we said that the tour would proceed anyway! "Show must go on!" For the next gigs we will rent a van and equipment, but our resources are limited and we can only do that in a very short time.

Fortunately we are all alive and healthy, but it's difficult to be calm after such a break. If this campain is a succes we can buy a van and equipment and then could continue to play and give you pleasure! We like to play for you, our music without audience is absolutely a nonsense.

We never thought of making a crowfundings campaign. If we appeal to you it's by necessity, as we are taken by surprise.
