Iota and the Riffaheads - Planet Caravan (Black Sabbath Cover)

Planet Caravan, original song by Black Sabbath, which was included on their album Paranoid (1970), from which I was abducted in my adolescence, by the magic that each one of his cuts gave off. 2020, from the sanatorium and as a musical exercise Iota and the Riffaheads decide to mold it. As a result of this trip of languided, lysergic and space sounds through the universe 50 years after the original.

Sangvis - Season One (Full-Length Album - 2021) - Bandcamp Stream

Sangvis is a modern/melodic death metal band formed in a small town near Tula, Russia in 2009. Current members are: Roman Zotov (guitars), Vyacheslav Sigaylov (guitars), Stepan Zuyev (vocals), Konstantin Kalyanov (bass). 

The band released the first full-length album “Season One”. It combines a series of songs that were initially released throughout 2020, as a series of singles, each accompanied by a story video."Season One" is composed of 8 tracks, each one more percussive than the other. 8 powerful tracks, where the members of the group have only one objectif : to give you pleasure. To note, that the 8 titles are taken again in instrumental, or one can savour with or without words, ready to unbolt you the head.

Inspired by the themes and aesthetics of film noir, the narrative takes place overnight in a dive bar on the outskirts of sprawling metropolis, where each character (based on cinematic archetypes) tells their part of the overarching story to the bartender. As all songs are first-person -perspective narratives, with our music we tried to capture the tone and emotional message of each story, channeling their cinematic, yet deeply personal experiences with our particular brand of modern metal.
