Biography

Ainan , the former band member of IB started his first journey in chittagong UG with a temporary lineup.His spirits of kicking hard melodeath metal bands like cob

Ainan manages to gather some folks from various bands to create a lineup.

He then decides to perform some melodeath trackes in the upcoming NSR shows. But a vocal was not found yet and he was searching for some good vocal to put on to his new army. Arif from the band Dead Sense gave him a reference of a boy who was interested to join such melodeath lineup

There in the CSM ainan met Hisham for the first time and both found themselves in a matching tastes of music. Both being fans of thrash and then they started covering some songs.

NSR show was a chaos for both of them due to lack of practice sessions and then the band detached

Hisham disappeared for some one or two years due to study reasons and ainan continued

Later on he formed another lineup putting Panini Amin Chowdhury on Bass, And Tanvir Sajid on Lead. They covered heavy metal tracks and after that, Mamun joins them to play keyboards

Ainan finds out the necessity of another gutarist and this time he feels the old deadly hunger inside him to go harder in style. He then finds out Tanjib, wild spiritual guy fully possesed by metal

they began to cover heavier bands like Pantera Dream Theatre In Flames .

After so many days. Ainan and Hisham met each other again . This time it was going to be more serious

Hisham then joins the others to put his old flavor again

Then IB finally finds out there lead vocals . Tarek Murtaza from MasterStroke

with highly skilled vocals.Tarek decides to lead the band towards real metal scene

The band performed their first gig on 23rd June,Theater Institute,Chittagong covering the following:

Fear Of the dark- Iron Maiden

It was a huge success and it lead Ainan and Hisham forget their past failure on NSR the band performed several shows after that including Metallic Genocide, Victory Fest, Youth Gone Wild,Cgs upperschoolhall Show.

After such success the band breaks again due to the departure of Panini and Mamun.

Abedin Saif from Symmetric Clamour finally completes lineup and gives the band a final touch to the triumph in the ctg ug scene with his furious keyboard playing the band decides to cover symphonic metal bands like Nightwish, Epica, Melodeath Bands like Children Of Bodom, Dark Tranquility and heavy metal bands like Iron Maiden , Judas Priest. And after somedays Apu from thousand dais worked with the band with bass and finally Mong fulfilled the line up.

The band finally transforms into a melodeath power metal fusion.

Melodic Death Metal Band with New Classical and Modern Sound Influence.

Ionic Bond is inspired mainly from Scandinavian and Nordic Melodic Death Metal scene with great bands like Children Of Bodom, In Flames, Kalmah, Norther and many more. Ionic Bond also follows legends like Megadeth and the mighty Iron Maiden.

Ionic Bond's sound specializes in blending modern sounds with basic melodic death metal and creating a revolutionary genre. There are slight folk metal influence from bands like Eluveitie.

Lyrical themes are mainly based upon politics, human feelings, culture and Bengali Myths and Folklore.
