Sangvis is a modern/melodic death metal band formed in a small town near Tula, Russia in 2009. Current members are: Roman Zotov (guitars), Vyacheslav Sigaylov (guitars), Stepan Zuyev (vocals), Konstantin Kalyanov (bass). Right now the band is in the process of releasing their first full-length album.
"Just a Job" is another chapter in the band's noir-inspired series or metal songs that have already been featured in dozens of independent playlists and online radio stations. As with the previous titles, Just a Job presents a first-person narrative, telling the story of a top-tier assassin for hire. The song offers precise guitar work and evocative melodies, combined with poignant vocal performance to reflect the inner state of a professional who have learned to come to terms with doing the dirty work.
